Work has begun on the Sentier des Planètes to create the new Jardin des Continents.
The first stage of the work involves felling dead or diseased trees and removing stumps (see photos) in preparation for planting new trees.
The plan is to plant between 120 and 140 new trees from every continent along the Path of the Planets to enrich biodiversity and beautify our town. Planting will begin in early 2025, and we hope to complete all the planned plantings within 3 years. A list of the trees to be planted is available on request.
